Big Bill Haywood (1869-1928) was a founder of the International Workers of the World (aka The Wobblies). He helped lead numerous strikes around the nation, including the victorious Lawrence Strike of 1912. In 1918 his vocal criticism of U.S. involvement in World War I landed him a 20 year sentence. Haywood jumped bail and fled to the Soviet Union. Half the profits from the sale of this shirt will be donated to the Democratic Socialists of America.
